Hi, I’m Rudolf Bartus.
Founder & Hardware Engineer at Belora Tech.

I have been designing printed circuit boards for 21 years — from actuator control electronics to explosion-protected industrial devices. In 2026 I founded Belora Tech to do one thing properly: PCB layout for boards that carry real constraints.

Belora Tech is intentionally a one-engineer company. You work directly with me from the first constraint discussion to the final release package.

Why a one-engineer studio?

01

Direct line to the engineer

No account managers or hand-offs. The person you brief is the person who places, routes and releases your board.

02

Hardware experience behind the layout

Power converter design, component-level work and soldering quality inspection shape how I place and route — not just the DRC.

03

Standards as design inputs

Creepage, clearance, segregation and isolation are agreed before routing starts, so certification doesn’t turn into a redesign.

How we’ll work together

Remote, CET time zone

Overlapping working hours with DACH and Benelux.

Microsoft Teams

Kick-off, placement review and release meetings.

Confidentiality

NDA before the first file exchange, if you need one.

Fixed checkpoints

Stack-up, placement and pre-release reviews with you.

Let’s talk about your board.

A short call is usually enough to see whether we’re a good fit.
